I hate this place they are rude don’t matter what u could pay your bill on time every time for 15 years straight and have one Time u ask for extension and no they will not help u don’t matter how long u been paying on time they don’t care I hate this place
Outrageous connecting fees. I wish we had several providers to choose from. They just charge whatever they feel like. As soon as you buy a property - you get disconnected the next day and need to pay same day charge because there is a disconnect order in the system even though nobody has actually gone out to disconnect yet.
