Best power company ever, no problem, fast service. Power stays LIT
WORST UTILITY COMPANY EVER. Go with other provider. They charge high rates and adds on several charges which you will never understand and they dont listen.
This is the worst power company we have ever had to use. They switch payment dates, don’t tell you, and then turn your power off without notice. We had a scheduled payment for tomorrow and they shut off our service this morning and we paid immediately at 8:40am and it’s now 1pm and the power is still off. It’s 40 degrees outside and it’s dropped down to 62 degrees in our house. Me and my wife both work from home and are just screwed waiting for these idiots to come back. They were literally still parked outside when we paid.... read more
