The most racist company to deal with the director advised me the calls aren’t recorded and because of my race and I hadn’t been in business with them for a long time they can’t waive a one time late fee I accrued for something completely out of my control. Disgusted as a consumer to say I do business with this company.
Customer service was awesome. I reported a street light out online and was fixed in 24 hours and I received several emails following up. Very rare these days.
There is a reason monopolies are never good for the consumers who are forced to use them! Sawnee EMC is the monopoly in my area (Johns Creek) and as much as I'd like to get rid of them, I can't. My bill this month isn't due until 1/28 so last week, on 1/14, before heading out of town for work, I paid my bill in full, using my bank account.
