I have been a loyal customer of this company for over 5 years, and I am absolutely shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated recently. I had a very small and reasonable request, something that should have been easily handled, yet it was flat-out turned down by Supervisor Helen and the main manager, Mr. Bennett. Definitely over charging per usage
Just signed up with this power company, paid my first bill on time and set up automatic payments the same day. 8days later I get a notification email after 5 pm saying I’m delinquent and a fee has been assessed. Turns out when I put my account numbers in their system changed it to all zeros… their software glitches and they don’t even realize it for 8 days… I called customer service ready to pay and get this on track and had what was undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I have ever had…
