Builders Customer Service Reps are terrible.
This is the worst utility company on planet Earth. God forbid you ever have an issue with service or your bill, you are guaranteed to be met by trash with an attitude that cannot be measured on any scale. I have spoken with three different employees now. I have remained calm and professional everytime, only to be met by garbage humans with an attitude everytime. If you can avoid using their service, I highly recommend you do so!
Fraudulent and unreasonable. This company will request a $500 deposit to even open an account with them with the only possibility of getting it back once you move or close the account. Mind you, this is the ONLY available provider in Roswell/Alpharetta and probably in many other places. So yeah, they can and will DO whatever the hell they please unchecked.
Was charged all sorts of fees to change the name on the account from my mother's to mine when she passed away. Horrible business model.
