Just signed up with this power company, paid my first bill on time and set up automatic payments the same day. 8days later I get a notification email after 5 pm saying I’m delinquent and a fee has been assessed. Turns out when I put my account numbers in their system changed it to all zeros… their software glitches and they don’t even realize it for 8 days… I called customer service ready to pay and get this on track and had what was undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I have ever had…
I have been a Sawnee EMC customer since 2017. I have experienced very minimal interruptions (which were flickers) and those were during some intense storms. I have 0 complaints.
So sick of the power constantly going out
Power is always out with the smallest storms. 4th or 5th this year alone.
Some weird things are happening with the electricity in my neighborhood and it has me concerned about the lines...so I was sitting on my front porch....Michael gravitt...you know him....lives right across the street from me.
