Look at your reviews you are a pathetic company you care less about customer
Pathetic service. Exorbitant prices locked. I got a car charger in December 2024 and submitted receipt in 2025 for $250 rebate and is rejected as they don’t want to process 2024. How does it make a difference if the charger is installed? Arrogant marketing team with serious attitude. Swanee need to work on training their marketing team on customer satisfaction.
Terrible. We have not had power for a week. It has been cold and raining. We are now under a frost warning. We have no power because sawnee says it takes 10-14 days for them to come out and install a meter face. The lady says go somewhere else. Lady i am an orphan with no family. I have nowhere else to go. It's already been a week and its only getting colder so I can freeze to death because you all couldn't take 10 minutes to come plug in a meter face. Heartless, no good, Terrible company.
