Move in was ok! Noticed some minor imperfections like bedroom closet light need bulb water heater needs turning up Plug by stove doesn't work and killed some roaches! Dishwasher not working properly, Other than that ok! Lived there for a year! The second 6 months was far better than the first 6! Maintenance was more cooperative and got things done more quickly! They still left some things undone like the door on laundry area and the leaky air conditioner unit in the bedroom!
I have lived here over a year now it is a nice place. Sometimes the parking lot floods. I know they tried to fix it , but it has happened a couple of times.
I appreciate being told what was being done throughout the process. Thank you!!!
