These homes are some of the highest priced poorly built homes I have ever seen. We went to look at the finished homes to see what floor plan suited our needs. We walked through 5 differant homes in 2 differant communities and each one was worst then the previous. Again we walked through homes that were "ready" to buy. The homes here are not crafted very well! I have walls that aren't even square. They use cheap cabinets, flooring and paint. I am waiting to get my rippled siding looked at as it looks bad as well as it's not staying in place in several places. Their are many home owners that have had leaking dish washers and electrical issues. Most have had delays in their closing dates as well. They have a lack of communication from start to Finnish.
