My experience with DHI Mortgage Group was extremely disappointing. Both loan processor John Linzmaier and mortgage loan originator Mandi Sutfin mishandled my loan. I asked for a short extension to provide one final document, and instead of granting it, John closed my loan as denied. Mandi Sutfin did not step in to help or advocate for me at any point.
