We were home for Christmas this year, after spending many away in Mexico. I know I did not want to cook a big meal so sought out take-away meal options. My sister saw Paul on Global TV and said everything looked GREAT!! We had met Paul & his wife in Mexico and knew how committed and dedicated he is to his work.
