sent me the saw with no water pump, no Allen key for blade, and the wrong owners manual. that's just the beginning too...no need for a book here but if you order a saw from them, pray you don't have to deal with Carla and that she doesn't touch your saw either. I won't be recommending this company to any tile installers ever. This company has a problem with packaging and delivery their products. Down to forgetting important equipment parts. I say mostly the lady named Carla. Her “mistakes” has cost an extreme amount of turmoil for me and my family. This company needs to hire employees that actually know what they are doing.
