In August of 2018, we hired Sawhorse Design & Build to redesign & remodel our entire basement/garage. This was not the simplest job as there were multiple upgrades beyond pure aesthetics. Our scope of work included: re-doing the entire HVAC system (which fed into the upstairs), moving the furnace (from the basement into the garage), upgrading galvanized water pipes, upgrading all of the electrical (from knob & tube) and moving the basement bathroom from one location to another.
