Compassionate realistic honest in their assessment
What a great experience with Dr. Hertzer and his staff!! Very smooth process and he explains everything. Onsite imaging overview and recommendations.. I highly recommend this Dr. and Vet Cardiology office.
I brought my cat Jessica to see them to get her heart checked, and everyone was so professional and caring. Brazil was very sweet and patient with Jessica. Unfortunately, my Jessica passed away recently due to a possible brain tumor. The staff at SVC sent me heartfelt sympathy card that really showed how much they care. If you are looking for amazing patient care, you found it.
The staff, nurse, and Dr John in Hertzer were all fantastic. The first time my husband and I were allowed in the examining room Zoey. Dr Hertzer took the time to explain every detail of Zoey’s health to us. We appreciated all the kindness that was shown to us.
I had a really great experience there. It’s never easy when your pet has suspected heart issues, but Amanda and Dr. Hertzer were extremely kind, compassionate, and answered all my questions. They also explained everything to me in length. They also were able to give me the good news that my baby doesn’t have heart issues and her murmur was from anxiety! You can really tell that they are super passionate for what they do.
