We have been here 3 years and we have no complaints it is peaceful and quite and everyone minds there business the maintenance is great and we are just so happy keep up the great work guys
To put it bluntly, while the properties at the front, and visible to the highway are well-maintained and well-kept (presumably for good PR), the properties at Thigpen are not. Attempted to address certain concerns (such as a cockroach infestation) and was told that my concerns were not valid, though I had evidence that they'd not handled it. My concerns were dismissed as impossible and left hanging. Many of the other tenants, my neighbors, have asked for maintenance to come out and fix things. I called and asked them to fix ... read more
