To put it bluntly, while the properties at the front, and visible to the highway are well-maintained and well-kept (presumably for good PR), the properties at Thigpen are not. Attempted to address certain concerns (such as a cockroach infestation) and was told that my concerns were not valid, though I had evidence that they'd not handled it. Rent is the best you'll get around this area, maintenance are always on call when needed and do the best they can, they're just not given much to do their jobs. They do know what they're doing though. Haven't had a problem the "almost" 4 years I've been here. Nice and quiet for the most part, many noise we have comes from the neighboring community "🎆🎇
