My experience with the management of the Sawgrass Lake States located at 3035 66th Ave N Saint Petersburg Fl 33709, community has been awful. The level of customer service provided to residents is unacceptable, and the way phone calls are handled shows a complete lack of professionalism. The person responsible for answering the phone is rude, disrespectful, and shows no genuine interest in helping or resolving residents' concerns.
