Extremely disappointed with this body shop. We've bought numerous cars from Dodge and felt comfortable leaving our vehicle there, since that's where it was purchased. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Our car was in the shop for over a month, and communication was awful throughout. We had to constantly call just to get updates, and even showed up in person multiple times because no one ever seemed to know what was going on.
