STAY AWAY!!!! Please do not take your car to this place for service. I bought 2 tires from them and they stripped all 10 of the lug nuts on both tires. Of course I didnt realize it until I had a flat and was stranded on the side of the road for over 2hrs because Roadside Rescue could do nothing, the lug nuts were completely stripped and rounded. Expedition I had a 2003 Ford Expedition. I had been getting it seviced at Duncanville Ford and I just wasn't pleased with the service. My husband took it to Doug Stanley Ford and we became customers for life. The service department was extremely nice, caring, and well trained. It was worth the extra mileage!

new Ford car & 2nd key run around purchased a 27k vehicle and then the salesman steve anthony tells me (after 6 hours) there were no floor mats and the second key was "somewhere" and he would mail with plates by the next Wednesday. reluctantly I left without the 2nd key. I called and emailed on that Thursday and Steve Anthony emailed back that the plates and key would be in the mail that day. Purvis Ford Inc Autobody I took my mustang to purvis autobody to get the right rear panel fixed the body work that they did was less the unsatisfactory the paint had sand scratchs body lines didnt match the other side.they told me i could bring back to get the work done one more time when i got the car back the second time it looked like all they did was buff my car if that.So one more they said I could bring it back i did not bring the car back come three times for something that should only take once. Horrible company In a word greedy and they don't care if a family depends on their car. I have to take my daughter to childrens hospital once a month. How will I do this with my new car broke down and no money to fix it even though its under warranty? I think people should be responceable when their product isn't good. If I do a bad job where I work I get fired, but some people just don't care about customers.

DONT BUY FROM THESE JERKS They don't stand behind their cars have bought 4 cars from them 3 out of the four blew up within a year. I will never buy from this place again. I thought I just got some bad cars but after the third one I see They just rip people off. They wouldnt even try to fix them either, and one was brand new still under warrenty and they said that the warrenty was void cause the oil wasn't changed. The oil was changed on schedule.

Buyer Beware They won't fix thier cars under warranty they just make up some excuse. Bad customer service, and they don't care about what they do to people as long as they get your money.
