I recently had my vehicle repaired at Sawgrass Ford Collision Center and worked with Robin Turner, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted me with my insurance company, Gallagher Bassett, which took quite a long time to process everything. If I could give this place a one star I would. Five months. It took these people five months to work on my truck. If you are planning to come here for work done and this “it’s ford, they are the best!” DON’T! I choose this shop from my insurance. I took it and the people were very nice in the beginning. A part was not correct so they asked me to come back later to finish it. Took a couple weeks but I went back when the part was there. They kept my truck there for about 2-3 days and then told me the part wasn’t the right size... read more
Those did a great job fixing my C8 Corvette!
I have had the worst experience with this Brandyn guy. He is a compulsive lier, he ghosts you, does not answer emails, phone calls, or follow ups with voicemail. He is either related to someone or has dirt on someone because I would not even trust that man with a hose and a bucket. Worst experience ever. Lucky the actual work from the bodyshop is perfect. Lets go Brandyn!!!!
