Selected Sawgrass Builders for a total remodel of our Pompano Beach Condo after meeting with a couple of builders. Working with Randy and Josh was a pleasure, and their collaboration and professionalism was top notch.
Fantastic job from start to finish. Complete remodel of my townhouse within my budget and on time. Kitchen, 2 baths, new flooring, electric, plumbing and wall removal to open up the great room. Good subcontractors that were courteous and well managed. Sawgrass Builders was a pleasure to work with.
I usually don't write reviews but this is definitely worth taking some time out for! Sawgrass builders is now my new go-to for any renovation projects I may have in the future. Randy was very upfront and transparent with everything for my build out. There were no hiccups and the timeline that was given was followed to the t. Put simply, the worst experience i have ever had renovating a home. I would give 0 stars if possible. From the agreed date he would start the job, the time he would finish it, who would oversee it, nothing he said was true. He used the worst subcontractors as well. His plumbers broke a custom vanity and ruined the covers of 2 toilets because the plumbers thought sitting on the toilet tops with a wallet chain was ok.
