When you sign the contract learn from my mistake. Video the home when you make the commitment. They had upgraded front doors on our home when we signed the contract and at some point between then and closing they changed out the doors to lower grade. They denied it to the grave, but I know what was there but didn’t have a photo. Also quality is poor as well and the punchlist process was painful. They have excellent model homes. Some models are no longer available to be built but they have move in ready homes. Sometime during 2021 the Home Dynamics office has closed & moved to a new location. Their offic model is now just one of the home in the Sawgrass community.
Recently closed on a house in this community. Even though the community itself is beautiful and peaceful, the house itself had many errors. Some lighting was left with holes next to it, concrete outside looks terrible, the master shower outside wall was left very sloppy with handprints all over, the front door was left with marks. Police where there because a breaking was reported and several things where stolen from another property that's under construction. Got there right before 5:50 just to look at the model homes and the door was locked with a sign saying they were out showing homes and they’d be back soon. We decided to wait a couple minutes and a woman came out of the office in a rush. She said they were closed. I said “don’t you guys close at 6? It’s only 5:50”. All she said was we could come back if we make an appointment. We told her no thank you. She rushed to her car and left in a hurry.
