Warranty work was completed, no complaints there. The rest of the experience was mediocre at best. I don't think anyone I dealt with (drop off and pickup) even knows what customer service is. The service was borderline rude. Could only get one word or a grunt and then they would just turn and slowly walk away with no idea what is supposed to happen next.
