Toni is amazing! I had problems with another company sending me the wrong item and pushing the finish date of my job back an extra 2 weeks. I contacted Toni late Wednesday afternoon hoping she'd be able to help and she absolutely helped. Not only did I receive the tool I needed on Thursday....the very next day but also refunded my some of my shipping cost since the website had a much higher shipping cost.
