The guy came and promised me he could take care of a project for me and then from day one under delivered. He would disappear and not show up. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt after he gave me a big sob story and I gave him another chance. He showed up with a crew made a huge mess left his trash from his food on the ground, took my money and vanished when I wasn't looking. This guy is clearly a crook.
