I regret ever moving into a Sawall Development property. What was promised as a high-quality, well-managed community turned out to be anything but. From the day I moved in, it was clear that corners had been cut during construction. Cheap materials, rushed finishes, and a general lack of craftsmanship throughout the unit. Some very rude people. They have no respect for others. They park their trucks over lines and take up up multiple spaces. Not a very good look to the public.

Absolutely HORRID TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They increase rent with no repairs, sold off our apartment complex and never updated leases so we got charged 65$ over our rent for a pet deposit we haven't had in a year and a half. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Avoid them at ALL COSTS. They only care about making money and think these apartments are a cash cow. Preying on the working and restricted income class. Disgusting.
