My experiences with Ms. Sawada at Puppy Love Speech Therapy have atrocious. Her vile and flat out abusive language and tone of voice was incredibly alarming and disturbing. Her way of addressing clients was unprofessional, and frankly demeaning. I contacted her administration, with a simple payment misunderstanding, and Ms. Sawada made it a point to blame me, a client of three years, and demanded that I was to leave her company immediately.
