AWFULL ! ! Our saw was down, called for service, was told a tech would contact us in 24-48 hours, never received a call, called back, was told the same thing, this went back and forth a total of 5 times, and wasting over 1.5 weeks, and they still never called back or came to repair the saw. Don't ever plan to use them again.
