Very unprofessional. She belittles and downplays patient's symptoms, doesn't give useful medical advice. She didn't want to provide patient her full name when asked. No empathy shown to patients.
She is honestly very attentive with her patients and is a firm advocate in preventive health. Dr. Sein is EXTREMELY responsive and has always answered any of my concerns within a day (typically less than 12 hours it takes her to respond to any questions). I have not met a better PCP than her, I am very thankful to be in her care. I hope many more drs learn to care for their patients the way Dr Sein does.
1. Multiple Visit Requirement I expected that my medical concerns would be addressed during the initial visit and that a prescription would be provided if deemed appropriate. Instead, I was informed that I would need to return for additional visits before receiving any treatment. This approach appears inefficient and gives the impression that unnecessary follow-ups are being prioritized over patient care. 2.
