Highly recommend! The entire staff is incredibly welcoming. Dr. Klock is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about animals. They made my nervous, recently adopted, shelter pup feel at ease immediately. They told me he was the best boy when they took him back for treatment and he returned happy. So thankful for their expertise and kindness!
We had a very bad experience taking our dog to this vet clinic. Our dog saw Dr. Klock, who talks very well but does not actually do any of the work. He treated our dog very rough and when she was in pain instead of trying to help her calm down he was being very forceful and definitely not treating her with care. They then charged a huge amount of money (400 dollars) after not even treating our dog properly. Please save your money and find a good vet where people actually care about animals not just money.
This place was very terrible if I could give it 0 stars I would. It was our first time visiting and we saw Dr. Klock. We took our 9 month year old puppy and she was treated very badly and while she was getting her blood drawn, they took her away from us so we could not even see her. We heard mango bark and yell because she was in so much pain and they did not even let us go to her. On top of this they charged an absurd amount of money after not even taking care of our dog.
