This company is a total and complete FRAUD. They were contracted to build a building for VETERAN care on the campus of the Richmond VA. Ground breaking was 2020 and the building is STILL not completed and not built to spec. Their website states the building is complete and they have completely abandoned the project without proper turnover, not completing a cure notice and not giving us occupancy. 5 YEARS to complete a 25k sqft outpatient clinic building.
