They are doing a job just up the block from me here in Boston, MA, and when they had completely blocked my driveway, I simply asked them to move so that I could park. Instead of being helpful, I was met with threatening posture and a generally standoffish glare from no fewer than three of them. They then proceeded to stare at me as I backed up my car, and as I walked into my apartment, waving at me mockingly as they did so.
