Amazing experience and the patient care is unmatched!
I received a new CPAP machine in January. I just recently received an EOB and check from my insurance company stating that I owed over $3,000. Needless to say, I was concerned. I mentioned this to my sleep doctor who advised that I should reach out to SaavyMed for clarification. Upon reaching out, I was scolded about discussing MY bill with another company, even though I was referred to SaavyMed for supplies. The woman was extremely short with me.
