I purchased the savvy level over the Oricom product because of reviews. Product was sent express, arrived the next day. Very happy I spent the extra money. Disappointing to see a large company copying not only the product but even the ads of a family owned Australian made product.
2 years Old Savvy Level not working I called the Savvy Level Office My call was answered by lovely lady by name Karen.This Lady made arrangement for Eustathis (Head of Logistics and Bachelor of Engineering) To call me at a set time . With speaking with Eustathios I returned the level by post to Melbourne. Arriving in Store of SavvyLevel at 10.30am It was repaired and in the post the same day with no cost What Great people work at SavvyLevel and a Great Australia Company Thank You
