We hired this service to trim our privacy trees. We had lower quotes from other companies but chose to go with him because he seemed pleasant during the initial estimate. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed after that. He refused to give us a clear date for the work and became angry when we asked for a schedule so we could arrange to be home.
