Karen at Savvy Title is my go too title company! This woman will outwork any other entire agency all by herself. What I admire the most is how she can dig in and track things down so heads can be put together and solutions made for the buyers and sellers we represent. My team has been using Savvy Title for years. Karen is an outstanding professional and understands time is of the essence in real estate transactions. Karen is so easy to work with and has a wealth of knowledge on trusts, waterfront properties, HOA fees and assessments, surveys, and CDDs. I trust her completely and every transaction goes like clock work from contract to close.

This title company is by far THE WORST title company I have ever worked with. They have questioned my lender and myself on things out of there responsibility. We providing them 24K OVER our lending amount due to a gift letter that had to match, we were told we would receive a check at closing for the overage funds it is now 3 days letter going into the weekend with NO funds. The owner is working from home and cannot meet me to give me the check and still remains to say she does not have all documents needed which is false. N... read more

I would send emails after hours inquiring for my client, and they would reply. Very responsive and will recommend my buyers and sellers here when I can.
