Brought in my daughters dress to sell/consign. We brought in jewelry too, which also sold. It sold in 2 weeks! The owner is very pleasant and the young ladies working were hard working. We had good customer service!
Don’t go there. Unprofessional discussions. I don’t need anyone to talk down to me. Seems the owner has a difficult time communicating with kindness unless you complain publicly. I haven’t seen so many negative reviews for one shop. The prices tend to be steep so you may be better off at a full service formalwear salon.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! When I purchased my prom dress I was told if I bring it back with my receipts I will automatically be given half the price of the dress back. Come time to bring it back I was told I would only get the money back if it sold. It did sell but I didn’t get as much back because the transaction was via credit card. Also the dress was way over priced, I did some research about the brand after the purchase and saw I could have paid at least $100 dollars less. The owner is also incredibly rude and unaccomodating!
I would give her ZERO stars if I could! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! Hung up on me when I called about my dress, came in to get the $400 prom dress I left with her for resale and I was told it was put in a warehouse and she wasn't going to get it PLUS I would have to pay for storage. All of this was done before the prom season even ended. She is rude and a horrible person to work with. She will rip you off!
