I recently went to see Sarah for a facial + sound bath as a treat for my birthday. It was much needed after the holiday season and traveling to help quiet my mind and reset my energy. The whole experience was so peaceful and invigorating at the same time. She also hit the nail on the head on certain chakras of mine she felt blockages in. I'd recommend everyone to do this every so often as it's so beneficial. She is the best!
