It says “walk-ins” on their site…but with my experience, not only were walk-ins a no…but so was an appointment. I walked in and went to the counter, and a lady was sitting on a love seat on her phone. I waited quite a bit when she acted like she only then noticed me…she said that another stylist, not there, would contact me to cut my hair. I never did get a call back, nor a text. I have tried for months to book a pedicure appointment with a gift certificate my husband and son gave me for Mother’s Day. I am new to Siloam and wanted to find my new nail salon. I have left several messages with the number on the website/google and never get a phone call back. The numbers on the website are not accurate for nail techs as well. Finally got a kind response from someone sending me the correct number for a nail tech and cannot get an appointment booked due to personal situations which I understand comes first... read more
Awesome experience! Autumn evaluated me and suggested a bit of filler as well as my normal Botox. She has such an artistic eye which combined with her solid medical background gave me truly great results. I was pleasantly shocked what a positive difference it makes. I am not one to buy expensive creams but I bought the face cream she carries and it has made a noticeable difference in the ten days or so I have used it.
Katlin is amazing!! I went to her for a curl consultation. She was patient and understanding when I needed more explanation. She’s in the know about curly hair and really wants to help you learn how to make your life easier!
