Really poor customer service. As a small business owner myself, I understand that the one thing you truly sell is customer service. Not only did this company completely fall short of this concept but the two girls working the other seem to be more annoyed that they had to stand up and talk to someone as I walked in the store. Extremely disappointed.
I love supporting small businesses, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWFUL. My return experience became a nightmare when they would not honor their policy that is printed on their receipt. Don't waste your time or money at this store.

Every time i visit south lake Tahoe. I make sure to go to savvy.. Love the clothing and jewelry... Today the manager helped me pick out some tops .. So sweet. Everyone is so friendly there.. Until next year.. Thanks again.....
Fabulous store with a variety of clothes and shoes for most any occasion!! Very established and been around for 25+ years!!! I'm enjoying the online shopping (since I'm not in Tahoe right now).
