Such a wonderful Home Care. The staff is very nice and they were very helpful and hands on when it came to the care for my mother.
Caregivers on phones..no work ethic..late....and Franz has bad communication skills..causes problems.....an aide threatened me with violence.....he never can admit he made a mistake....i had to call Adult and Aging re aide who got abusive. I will say..there were two young ladies that were very good but the rest were not good. But most of the aides he sent to me had no work ethics...on phones constantly...fell asleep on my couch..wore revealing clothing..tried to manipulate clocking out..told me inappropriate stories but the ... read more
