I was planning a trip to Saavy because of what I’ve seen on Facebook. However, after viewing your most recent reviews from customers complaining about poor customer service/experience and extremely high prices, I think I’ll pass as these are things that are paramount when running a business. Hopefully, things will get better.

Today, I visited Savvy consignment store to sell some unworn, out-of-season items. I learned that I would not receive any payment unless the items sold, and after 60 days, if they remained unsold, the store could choose to donate them. Additionally, sellers are required to open an account and pay a $10 fee, which effectively means the store benefits while the seller does not. The staff are extremely rude. They do not greet you, or, even acknowledge you. The first time i went in the person in charge told me that they only accept high end items before even looking at my things. They were all designer items. I left feeling that it was not a good experience, but, thought I would give them one more try. When i walked in with two bags, the girl at the counter gave me a strange look, again, no greeting.
