Staff was rude! I’ve been consigning here for the past few months and trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had an off day or month. I will no longer be consigning here. They need a staff overhaul.
Bad customer service employees are rude and follow you around clothes were worn out and dirty if I could leave a zero I would
Worst customer service ever. The employees or managers act so snobby, when it’s a consignment store…. They follow you everywhere as if you’d steal. Maybe just had a bad experience but even then it’s so obvious that they think something of the customers. Also they kept watching over me when i’d try to look around.
I consigned some clothing at this shop a few weeks ago and waited to write this review because I was honestly taken back by how rude the staff was. I arrived right at opening, only to be met by one of the owners who came out and abruptly said, “Do you think you can move down so someone else can get in?” as if I were somehow in the way, despite the noticeable disorganization of the space.
