Huge selection (for women) but the men's area is pitiful. Prices are very high, near full retail price for most shirts. Decor is ugly. Only four changing rooms led to an extremely long line.
Who is actually getting the money?? Recently, I visited with a friend to consign some of her clothing. I was astounded by the level of disorganization. One sales associate pulled up my friend’s name on the computer, while another sales associate at the opposite end of the counter began sorting through the clothing bin. However, she stepped away, and another sales associate approached the bin and started sorting as well. Staff was rude! I’ve been consigning here for the past few months and trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had an off day or month. I will no longer be consigning here. They need a staff overhaul.
Bad customer service employees are rude and follow you around clothes were worn out and dirty if I could leave a zero I would
