An empty-nester, I finally took the leap to down-size. Selling my house meant buying another place to live--without stairs. Talk aout mega stress! I moved to Charlotte in a very short time frame and had to find a place to rent very fast so I could move my wife and child down to be with me. Absolutely new to the city I had no idea where to look and was getting very stressed dealing with Property Management companies. Ashley Johnson from Savvy and Co was a LIFE SAVER! She literally made house hunting as stress free as possible and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything I was looking for was found!!
