PASSOVER 2026: A family-member ordered a dozen salads. Each recipe was impeccably prepared. The containers were full. The food tasted fresh. My favorites were the sweet carrot-and-golden-raisin salad; and the tomato-eggplant salad. The cole-slaw combined well; with the sliced-beet-salad. Every morsel was delightfully consumed.
