I want to recognize the amazing team at Savoy's, particularly the bench jeweller who i do not know by name. My ring was originally from another company, and after only having the ring for two months one of the prongs broke, and the way the other company fixed the ring was atrocious and it bothered me every day, the prongs were rugged and completely different shape from their original shark tooth design. I spoke with the other company and tried to explain many times but never understood what i meant, or how to fix the prongs.... read more
Hands down the best most polite and accommodating jewelry store in SSM. It’s always a pleasure to walk in there and feel so welcomed by all the staff there who are very very friendly and willing to help you with all and any of your needs even if you aren’t spending a bajillion dollars. I spent a good amount of time just simply getting the ring sizes for all my fingers while I was getting my jewelry cleaned up, and the woman assisting me (whose name is Gazala) was more than patient and happy to help so big thumbs up to her!
