This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I applied for an apartment in Andover Place in cross creek in Tampa. First they tell me I’m denied because I don’t make 5 times the rent and they make you pay the admin fee of $200 with the application fee of $75 to deny you as soon as you press submit your application. I lived in 210 Rodgers Forge Apt A for a year. Worst Experience as the tenant above owned his condo and walked around non stop from 3PM-10PM. It was nonstop and sounded like he had on snow boots. You literally have to leave the condo to get some peace and quiet. The property manager cant do anything about it becasue he owns it. Dont stay in this condo. Otherwise the staff the property and everything else is awesome!!

Great community. Great staff. This is a great spot to live. It has everything you would want in an apartment complex. They have pools, basketball courts, work out rooms and everything is being updated on a consistent basis. Parking may appear difficult on its face but I never had a problem finding a spot once. The staff are all really helpful and you can tell they take pride in their job. Definitely worth it. Check it out and see for yourself. DZ

I went to see the apartments over the past weekend. Lovely building except for the white supremacy sticker in the lobby. I immediately reported it to the management and heard nothing back. Seeing as I am a Black mother looking for a new home for my family, this was extremely uncomfortable. I definitely will not be renting from a place where this is allowed to happen with no action from management. If I could give zero stars because of this, I would.

if i could give 0 starts, i would! just moved in and i'm awfully unsatisfied! the apartment was not move in ready and was missing a washer. the outside stair railing is paint chipped and scrapped my hand/wrist arm with asbestos paint. the only 'move in ready' was a clean carpet. the fridge make a ratchet noise. the bathroom sink is leaking and flooded. the walk in closet light is inop. and this is just to name a few. dear UDR Management, we need to cease my contract asap because this is worst than living in a brooklyn... read more

A 1-star review for a place I have never stepped foot at. That right there should make this review invalid however if you keep reading I think that makes this all the more compelling and important for people to read before they do business with Regatta Shores or their parent company UDR. 1/19/20 I put in an online application and paid to hold an apartment at Regatta Shores. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to live at the Preserve. Property management is generally unwilling to assist residents with issues and are both overwhelmingly inept & difficult to work with. The property is, at most, adequate in its maintenance and amenities. However, the value tenants received is overshadowed by overpriced rent and consistent nickel-and-dime type fees. This place is TERRIBLE! I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen how terrible this place is. 1. The manager of UDR Cassie has the audacity to tell me I was a bad parent when calling in the have thorn bushes cut back to prevent my child from being hurt again. 2. Was a member of the Courts at Huntington Station community for almost four years. It's a terrific property, well maintained, and with a wonderful front office at the Assistant Manager and to the staff level. The location has much going for it and the price point is decent for the area.
