Not a safe place to live while I've been here I've had my car broken into I have watched our apartment complex catch on fire multiple times and recently I found out there was a homicide in our building that we are not advised of. The management does not care for your safety they care about money and everything you do is transactional
Action and customer service incarnate. I have a property in GA that needed a property manager after my tenants left. I had to fire the initial property manager and found ten20 on the internet. After 5 weeks of no action and lots of promises from the previous property manager, Ten20 took over at had the property painted, new carpet laid, and other minor repairs completed within 2 weeks and before they completed the turnover of the house they had the property rented. Have a disabled daughter living there. Roommates ( who signed the lease) have skipped out. RATHER than go after them for their party of the tent they're going after my daughter!!!!! I can not get in touch with anyone at corporate. Next call is to the news!
The service manager at Inwood West is one of the best service managers in the business if you have a problem and you need it done quickly he will get it done! Great job Dalibor!
Have been a resident over 10 years, have asked to have just the 2 inside hallways touched up with paint to refresh regular wall marks accumulated over a decade...This whole asking Lenox UDR to paint two inside unit 14 year old staircase walls (not the entire unit at all), in an apartment we have occupied the whole time and spent (now get this...) around $400,000 on rent alone during that time (average $2,500 a month X 12 months X 14 years) now feels like a Saturday Night Live skit, or at least a long trip to the dentist. Honestly had a good experience living at TDR. The apartments and facilities really are beautiful (and high quality), and the other tenants were really nice. It was only the move-out process that was a bear. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment for the 9am-12pm inspection window, only for maintenance to show up at 5pm (only because I had been persistent in reaching out). WORST place to live! If you are considering living here, take this as a warning and RUN. If you decide to live here, be prepared to not have air conditioning and to be sweating in 82° indoor temperatures. Their “help” team is completely useless, much like the rest of the UDR company. Don’t make the same mistake the rest of us did.
Austin in the Leasing Office has terrible customer service skills. Talks down to tenants who pay over $5000 a month to live here. Refuses to address real concerns of residents safety even when provided with evidence. Shame on Austin and UDR for allowing this! Look at him screaming and acting aggressive with a female resident.
