The master shower was gross when we moved in. Wish I could upload the picture here. Make sure to demand a move out inspection. We were told move out inspection is done after you move out and you shouldn't worry if there is no major damage to the floors and walls but they will still charge you. The apartment itself is nice but customer service and maintenance is poor. The bathroom sinks smelled like sewer for the first month. It took a look of service requests and an email to the property manager for it to be fixed.
They suck big time................................
Management sucks and the halls smell of dog urine. I would recommend finding somewhere else to live. You have been warned
Horrible staffs and management, concierge doesn't know what they're doing 99% of the time and rude.
The place is gorgeous! Amenities are great! LEED certified ...however, the construction of the building is crap! I live in Savoye2 and while I love it here, the people that live above me are so loud! I hear every step they make ...all the furniture they move around...which oddly enough, is daily. I have sent the security officer TWICE and spoke to the office and there is NOTHING they can do! Beautiful place ...but if anyone lives above you...you will be miserable like me!
