I applied online and paid 240 bucks. I was under the impression that I would get some of that deposit back if there were any difficulties leasing. There was nothing stating I would have to deposit any additional money. Well I got an email saying “Approved with conditions”. The conditions were an additional $850 payment!! I already paid $240. Savoye doesn't take care of the property or the people. elevator always broken, gym has broken equipment. brand new landscaping is dead because not wateed, garage gates and lighting always broken.

Was told application fee was waved, got denied on 5/13/17, got a call from an unknown number from savoye 7/21/17, the lady was extremely rude over the phone, she tells me I have to pay for the free application fee because I was denied. She then started to ask for my credit card information which I refused to give her. Horrible experince UDR is a joke compare to any Gables apt. DON'T Waste your time here!!! Place is a Joke!!
It was truly a wonderful experience to visit the property! So many great amenities and very family oriented.
