This place is trash. None of the exterior doors lock or close. Anyone can get into the building. Especially access from the park!! What’s funny is you pay for “limited access”. The place is dirty and disgusting always. Neighbors smoke by the pool, let their gross dogs in the pool, kids running around everywhere, and neighbors are always loud blasting music. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Read the reviews and trust me. Everyone involved with the apartment and company from top to bottom is difficult to work with, does not honor written agreements, and does not perform maintenance on your home or around the community. On day 1 after you sign your lease agreement and they have your money, the service goes out the window. One of the two poorly maintained elevators are always out of order since Jan of 2019. It’s March 2020. I’ve been stuck in one of them twice. No one downstairs due to covid 19. And they don’t seem willing to extend rent due dates without having tenants jump through hoops. Asking for documentation and asking when can you pay... the answer is for most Americans right now is “we don’t know”. The Savoye business office folks are devious. They make mistakes on billing ( deliberately or due to incompetence) and then they charge you late fees. They try to ruin your credit if you confront them. I reported them to Better Business Bureau, and they even were harassing the BBB people.
