Do not recommend. Started off good but the service declined terribly. Had to follow up repeatedly to get the most basic work completed. I had to find the tradespeople myself and when they organised tradespeople the work was never completed. They claimed to do regular inspections but they just uploaded the same pictures each time. Very dodgy.
Savoy Real Estate has been the best Real Estate Agent we've ever come across, particularly thanks to the above and beyond customer service and knowledge from Jess Fouet and Katrina. The level of smoothness is all dealings with rentals, sales and overall Real Estate guidance is industry leading.
