Our son (15) started lifting here 2 weeks ago. Absolutely loves it. Great equipment, great technology but most importantly a great staff that cares about your health and fitness and treats you like family.
The energy in the gym is always positive and motivating. The trainers are encouraging, professional, and really know how to push you toward your goals while keeping every workout enjoyable and safe. The equipment is top-notch, the space is spotless, and there’s a real sense of community that makes you want to keep coming back.
I have just recently joined and I absolutely love it! The coaches are wonderful, they never make you feel left out or embarrassed if you have to do any modifications. It’s not the same boring workout all the time and the energy is great! 100% recommend!!
