Great guys,service and price,and would definatley deal with them again. We rented a trench digger machine which was brand new and worked excellent,digging 325 feet of 12 inch deep trench in 1.75 hours. Top notch.Thanks Again
Frustrating. I have been dealing with these guys for years and it's been a painful experience. Good luck if you need to call them or get an call back. Ordering parts is a joke as they will never tell you when they arrive. I have called a dozen times this week and even left messages and it's impossible to talk to anyone. The only way to get service is to go onto the store but I live 30 minutes away so calling is more convenient. I will not be using then anymore and will find alternatives online.
These guys were amazing! I got pulled over on my way there, we were already pushing it. These guys actually stayed late to get me my parts that night! Definately above and beyond! Absolutely great customer service you guys! Thanks so much! You guys rock!
They just charged me 12$ to make sure the tool I'm buying from them worked.
