Best friend and I planned to spend a Saturday afternoon here to relax and catch up. $40 entry to the pool and spas, we stayed less than an hour before leaving. the magnesium pool was cold, the waterfall feature is so loud you can’t hear anything over the thunderous noise, and the spa we used had visible brown scum floating atop the bubbles. did not feel relaxed, did not feel comfortable, did not feel clean. only my second time visiting and greatly disappointed.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Savoy. I’ve been coming here regularly for many years and have always enjoyed it, but unfortunately, this visit left me questioning whether I’ll return. The biggest issue was cleanliness. A number of surfaces, particularly around corners, edges, and along the waterline of the pool, appeared visibly dirty and brown. Got the signature massage treatment and it was the best experience. Highly recommend.
⭐⭐☆☆☆ Unfortunately, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. The receptionist was professional but not particularly welcoming. The bathrooms are very small, there are no proper changing areas, and the open space feels cramped when other people are getting changed. There’s a fee to hire towels and the toiletries had run out. The two small spas and the sauna were often full, making it difficult to use them without waiting, and the larger pool was too cold to comfortably sit in between the sauna and spa. Went for a casual pass to the pool and sauna, absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed to relax. There is a sauna and steam room, hot tub and magnesium pool all free to use under the pass. Left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Couldn’t recommend more!
