Went for a casual pass to the pool and sauna, absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed to relax. There is a sauna and steam room, hot tub and magnesium pool all free to use under the pass. Left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Couldn’t recommend more!
They’ve updated their sauna so it’s brand new and very nice to sit in. The other reviews are correct for not having optimal cleanliness, but for $40 for unlimited spa usage, I think it’s a bargain and a great place to go for a casual recovery sesssion. They have tea and snacks as well which was appreciated. I spent 3 hours there and had a great time with friends.
The worst facility and spa and massage experience i have ever experienced on 6 june 2026. Do not waste $300. It is unsafe everyone one of us nearly slipped over we had no lockers there are no hooks anywhere no rooms to change nowhere to sit before or after massage rooms hideous not enough staff no cleaning and packed and loud can't get into facilities just beyond terrible. Please call ahead to check all the facilities are available. The price is not discounted when certain areas are “closed for maintenance”. The steam room currently isn’t available. Another time it was the sauna. Another time it was one of the spas. Otherwise, facilities when all functioning are very enjoyable, especially addition to Hobart! Dried fruit and lemon water provided next to the pool was a special touch! Thank u ☺️
