I loved my facial and massage (1 hour each) so left suitably relaxed, my face felt divine and hydrated, my body felt like the tension had melted away. I had Sammy as my therapist and she looked after me professionally and I felt comfortable in her hands. Sammy is passionate about what she does and is very knowledgeable. My husband and I visited Savoy today and were originally so excited, we hadn't been in years and thoroughly enjoyed it in the past. Unfortunately 1 of the 2 spas were out of order and by the time we could actually get in the operating spa it was absolutely filthy, we got out almost immediately. The water was discoloured, hair and skin and everything else floated along the surface and swirled beneath. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Das Spa ist nicht mit den Hygienestandards zu vergleichen, wie es in einem Spa sein sollte. Es gibt sehr viel Schimmel (an den Wänden und Decken). Die Gäste nehmen Chips und Getränke in den Spa, stellen es neben den Whirlpool. Die wenigen Sitzgelegenheiten, die es gibt, laden nicht zum erholen ein.
