The management has done a great job updating the building for over a year and the condo fees are still well below average. It's an incredible location and will continue to be a great investment being in RTC!
I have sold many properties at the Savoy, a wonderful & upscale condominium building which offers fabulous community amenities and walking access to everything Reston Town Center has to offer along with walkable metro stop access. A SUPER place to call home!
As an agnet who listed a property in the "Savoy" I couln't speak more highly of the supportive and friendly staff and management. All the resdients I have ever spoken to there only had the best things to say about the "Savoy" and they loved living there.
I have lived at the Savoy in Reston for many years. The Savoy staff go above and beyond. The front desk concierge is always willing to help. The management staff is responsive and available to help in challenging situations. Ajai in particular has been fantastic to work with. The Savoy is a great place to live. It is convenient to Reston Town Center and Reston Town center West. The current management is on top of what needs to be done and has brought the aesthetics of the building up a level. The new Social Committee is off to a running start with the Derby Party. Plus, every Fourth Friday, is a chance to socialize with your neighbors. Or, if you are new, meet your neighbors.
