AC was out for over 7 days in the middle of June. I spent most of the time in the pool. Unfortunately because it really is FAMILY owned and operated, they were relying on their old man to fix it. He could barely walk let alone be mister fix it, it was awful. I was on the north side which provided gorgeous views, but that summer really ruined it for us. Renter beware!! I had clothes stolen from the washer and my bike was stolen because they said I had to keep it locked up downstairs in the hall, not in the apartment itself!
