If I could give zero stars, I would. Living in an apartment managed by Savoy Management has been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. The apartments are complete trash — from broken appliances and poor insulation to pest problems and constant maintenance issues that are never properly addressed. Management is completely unresponsive. You can submit maintenance requests all day long, but don’t expect any real follow-up. I would not recommend Savoy to anyone who desires cleanliness and good air quality, and quiet enjoyment. I am just grateful that my lease is almost over.
I had such a great time touring Savoy with my niece, who’s getting ready to make the move from Waxhaw, NC. We stopped by over the weekend and checked out both a studio and a one-bedroom, and we were very impressed! Samantha gave us an awesome tour—she covered everything from the amenities to the fees, walked us through the entire application process, and answered all of our questions.
