Moved in for four months and leasing office still did not give me the transponder to open the garage gate, claiming there’s a “supply shortage”. If I park at the first floor which does not require the transponder, they say I’m parked at the “retail parking” spots, and put a sticker on my window that threatens to tow my car. And they ask us to refrain from operating the garage gate. How do I park here at all????????

It's a bit pricey but you know about the price upfront. No issues during my stay other than occasional elevator not functioning, etc. I had a pleasant stay. Be mindful of the parking garage, you will need to be cautious if you have a big car while going up.
