Savoy has new management, which is reassuring in the same way a fresh coat of paint is reassuring when the roof is still leaking. The rules appear to be more suggestions than rules, selectively enforced depending on the day, the resident, or possibly the phase of the moon. The maintenance team here is absolutely incredible! They are fast, professional, friendly, and can always fix the issue!
Really enjoying living at Savoy so far! Laura P was awesome throughout the whole move-in process. She was super responsive, friendly, and made everything really easy. Really appreciate all her help
Do not lease here. There is severe ant infestation in the building and bad odor in the hallway. The leasing office agents are so arrogant and inefficient. They constantly self conflict each other and are full of lies. The only good agent there is Laura and the others are so unprofessional and tell self-conflicting stuff to their tenants. They are not helpful at all and never replies to emails even when they claim they will.
