Don't live here. Packages get stolen constantly. The leasing office should obviously be responsible for receiving and securing packages there, but instead they just have couriers deliver to an unmanned closet that gets stolen from regularly. I've brought this issue up to the leasing office already and they told me that packages aren't their responsibility. Live somewhere instead were management takes responsibility for package security.
My Tour Experience I had scheduled two tours for this apartment—one on Wednesday and another on Friday—and received confirmations for both. I did this because I wanted to tour earlier and couldn’t find a way to cancel the Friday appointment. However, when I arrived for the Wednesday tour, their system did not recognize my booking. Over the past 4–5 days, I have had a very disappointing experience with the management. I have been sending emails regarding my lease renewal, but I have not received any response. My lease ends on December 29, and I had a few important questions. When I visited the leasing office, I was told that the manager is on leave and that no one else could help me. Very poor management, we randomly lose hot water, they don’t fix problems in the apartment, leasing staff are very apathetic. Our packages got stolen, the leasing office were very apathetic. Overall great apartment but poor management and folks in the leasing office are hard to work with
