Extremely frustrating experience with the leasing office at Savoy Apartments. The management team has been consistently unresponsive and unaccountable. We have been reporting an ongoing smoking issue for over a month now, but there has been no real action taken. I was looking to tour this place, but looking at all the reviews, its clear that this is the worst property anyone can ever live in. so I am doing my part in helping the negatives stand out!!
To those who had a positive review of the property when touring, by word-of-mouth, or even previous reviews: be careful. Having lived here for almost a year now, I urge anyone not to live here. Yes, the location is prime for those who take Caltrain and work at Intuitive. I also do like being close to the Costco. Honestly, save yourself the headache. Management here has zero respect for residents. They scheduled a building-wide fire alarm inspection at 9:30 AM ON A HOLIDAY. Why?! On the second day, they were only checking the 1st floor building 1120, but they still made the ENTIRE building’s alarms. They couldn't even do it floor-by-floor to be decent.
