Absolutely the worst. Front office is pathetic.
We had a tour scheduled and management was a no-show. Called multiple times at the time of the tour and never received any calls back. This is the second time we have scheduled a tour. We had a previous tour scheduled where we were only slightly late and they refused to let us tour. Judging from the other reviews here, management is basically non-existent so guess it shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Huge thanks to Chris from the maintenance team. During a routine check, we mentioned our broken dishwasher and toilet to him. He quickly ordered the parts and fixed both perfectly. I appreciate his fast followup and responsible service
