Apparently, responding to residents is optional at Savoy. After living here for over 3 years, I never expected such disappointing management. Multiple emails, repeated follow-ups, and escalations to Greystar regarding my lease renewal — yet complete silence. Funny how they’re always on time when it comes to increasing rent, but suddenly disappear when residents need assistance. Premium rent, nonexistent customer service. Truly impressive!
I’m on my apartment search journey and I was about to give up until I visited this place. I had a really great experience touring Savoy! The property is beautiful, and the tour was very pleasant. Jayden was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating she was throughout the tour. She answered all my questions and she was very informative. Fingers crossed!!!
Lovey tour given by such nice staff, the property is definitely GORGEOUS and the storage rooms look so spacious and secure. This new move in will definitely be worth it!
