Kaitlyn and Vanessa helped us through the moving process - they were prompt and did everything to make sure the daunting process of moving was smooth for us :) hoping to see the same level of enthusiasm and quality while we are living here!
We are enjoying Savoy a lot since we moved in including the amenities like gym, common work pods, rooftop, and hot tub. It is even so close to Costco so makes easier to go grocery shopping whenever we are in need of anything. I would recommend to check this place atleast once to feel the good vibes.
ANTS ANTS ANTS. The biggest issue here is the ant infestation, both inside and outside the buildings. Just take a walk around and you’ll see ants everywhere. Management hires Terminix, but the technician they send is very passive and rude. I have been living for here for 3+ years and my experience has been a mix of positive and negative however I had to get on here to say how wonderful and caring and just on top of things the new Community Manager - Kaitlyn is! She’s been so wonderful and helpful and was able to resolve all my concerns so quickly! So glad, she’s our new CM!
Worst living experience ever — DO NOT move in. I live in Building 1 (west-facing side). There is extremely loud equipment outside, and the rooftop AC units create nonstop vibration and deep rumbling. It is so unbearable that I can only sleep 2–3 hours per night, and even high-quality noise-cancelling headphones do nothing.
