I ordered through Uber Eats and I was very disappointed I didn't receive my drink, and on top of that, they sent me the wrong meat which was mad cold. That was the first and last experience there.
Next time when someone order on DoorDash and they specifically ask for something give it to them mw te order legume not Turkey and when I called the store asking them if they had the legume She said yes, then when I asked her Why did she give me turkey instead of what I ordered that’s when she came back and said oh no they don’t have it. It’s OK cause I got a full refund next time yall don’t have something call the customer and let them know that first. PA FEM KK SA ANKO
Professionalism is key!!! After placing an online order and driving to pick it up, the young lady greets me and ask if this is a door dash order. Instead of giving me my order, she steady going back and forth on why it doesn’t show on their system. This has nothing to do with me. That is a system error on their end. Mind you, she clearly says my name and my order and refuse to hand it over. Then tosses my bag and tells me to take it. Unprofessional.
